Skowhegan Residents Get Remastered Look at Life 70 Years Ago
Residents of Redington Memorial Home get a viewing of the remastered documentary film 'Blizzard to Blossoms' which was shot in 1948-49 in the Skowhegan area.

Apple Farm Visit 2017
Some pictures of our trip to the apple orchard. The residents had a really good time. They asked lots of questions about the orchard and apples.
Here are a look into some of the crafts we do here. The paintings were done with a residents daughter, she came in and did a painting with them.
People that come in and play music, sing, or dance for our residents.
Pumpkin Carving
The residents had some fun carving pumpkins this year!
Christmas in July @ Melody Ranch
The Melody Ranch in Fairfield invites the whole central Maine area of nursing homes, and assisted living facilities to come join them. They have live music, Santa, lunch, and gifts. It was a good time.
Outdoor Fun
Some different activities we have done outside enjoying the sunshine.
Pet Visits
The Somerset Humane Society comes in and brings animals for the residents to visit with, cuddle, and love.
Crafts with Suellen
Once a month Suellen comes in and does a craft with the residents here at the home. We love
LC Bates Museums
The LC Bates Museum came in and did a presentation on birds.
Ruby, Our Newest Friend
Ruby is a pet therapy dog who comes in with his owner Linda once a month to visit residents and staff.

Remember Me Program held at the Augusta Civic Center sponsored by the Maine Health Care Association to honor residents in Assisted Living and Nursing Homes throughout the state of Maine for their lifetime accomplishments
